Basic Deep Clean Package Pricing Estimate:
3 Hours- Up to 1500 Square Feet and 1- 1.5 baths ($125) *
4 Hours- Up to 2200 Square Feet and 2.5 baths ($169) *
5 Hours- Up to 2600 Square Feet and 3 baths ($200)*
Appointment Required for Quote: Over 2600 Square Feet and 3.5 baths
*** 3 Hours is our minimum
Please Note: Square Footage only includes levels above grade (not basements) which means you have to add in the square footage of your basement if you would like us to clean it.
Hours = Total Cleaning Hours
Example: If you have a team of 2 cleaning for you and you are paying for a 3 Hour Clean... they will be in your home for 1.5 hours. We always recommend budgeting for an extra hour ($40)* for your first clean with us... However, if our team can get it done in the time required, they will.
These prices are estimates only and we cannot guarantee a firm price until we arrive at your home. Please see the page of "Other Information" to help us get more deep cleaned for you in a reasonable amount of time. (* Prices do not include GST)
We often hear "some rooms are not used regularly.. so they won't take us long to do" ...Unless you tell us specifically Not to clean those rooms at all... they still take us time so they must be added in for the square footage total.
Move Out/In Package (starting at $400)*
- Includes everything in Basic Deep Clean Package (above);
- Clean out of all cupboards;
- Interior cleaning of appliances. If your oven is self cleaning- please run it the day before so it is cooled down for us to clean.
Office Clean Package: This package can be tailored to the needs of your company.
